CALGARY, Alta.—Trimac is pleased to announce the appointment of Krista Pell as Chief People Officer, effective Feb. 24, 2025. Krista will lead Trimac’s People & Culture team, ensuring the company continues to foster an engaged and high-performance workplace.

With over two decades of leadership experience in people, culture and corporate strategy, Krista is recognized for her ability to drive transformational change, enhance employee engagement and strengthen organizational effectiveness. She most recently served as Chief People, Culture & Engagement Officer at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), where she played a key role in advancing AIMCo’s reputation as an employer of choice. Her career also includes executive leadership roles at Cenovus Energy, DIRTT Environmental Solutions and Ausenco, where she successfully implemented people strategies that strengthened culture and business performance.
