Calgary, Alta.— Trimac is proud to announce its recognition as a 2024 Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation by the Women in Trucking Association (WIT). This prestigious recognition highlights Trimac’s dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that champions gender diversity within the trucking industry.

“This award reflects our commitment to gender diversity, fair compensation and career growth for all our team members,” said Matt Faure, President & CEO. “It is an honour to be recognized amongst so many other industry leaders. We’re proud to support the incredible women in trucking and will continue to make Trimac a great place to work for everyone.”

This is the sixth consecutive year that Trimac has earned this honour, having won the award since its inception in 2018. The award’s evaluation process involved an industry-wide vote, where over 31,000 industry professionals—including executive management, operations, human resources, talent management executives and professional drivers—participated. Trimac will be acknowledged at the upcoming WIT Accelerate Conference & Expo in Dallas, Texas on Nov. 11, 2024.
