This prestigious recognition acknowledges Trimac’s commitment to maintaining a workplace that fosters skills development, employee engagement and innovative human resource (HR) practices, alongside demonstrating its continuous effort to exceed industry standards in employee satisfaction, workplace culture and sustainability.  

The Top Fleet Employer program is part of a national initiative that highlights fleets with outstanding HR practices and policies in the Canadian trucking industry. It involves a rigorous review process where applicants are evaluated based on multiple criteria, including skills development, workplace culture, employee engagement, recruitment practices, compensation, sustainability and innovative HR policies. Employees also play a role in providing feedback about their workplaces.
